Help me to identify this film ....

[Fab Foodie]

I'm not big into movies but occasionally something grabs my eye. At a hotel one morning I caught part of a movie and I'd like to know what it's called.
Based in Belfast in the 70s set against a backdrop of 'the troubles' it features a couple young guys selling wigs!
That's all I know ... It was bloody funny though ....
