I used to use macros in old versions of Excel with no hassle, but no more.

I have a list of 220 names that I need to convert to emails. all have the same domain name, So in column A I have the first name, column B the Surname, and in column C the domain name.

I have created a macro on the first line that copies the first name into column D, then adds a fullstop, then adds an @ and then adds the domain name

however when I run it on the second row it repeats the first email address and as I go down it keeps doing that......

Anyone got any handy hints?

jay clock in a former life I used to do an awful lot of that sort of stuff to help with marketing, then my company's ISP demonstrated the downside of sending out spam by cutting us off for a 'warning period'. Can get expensive if your main site goes down and there's business involved.

Not that you're sending out spam, but they have filters that can flag up bulk emailing of this kind even when it's pre approved.

[oh but I might have misread your intention, don't mean to cast any aspersions, honest ]
