Hi there, I am currently a student at Manchester University and would be very grateful if anybody could complete the following survey for my dissertation:

The dissertation analyses the cycling infrastructure in Manchester and how foreign design strategies could be implemented to benefit the city. The survey is looking to get background information on cycling infrastructure from around the UK/world.

This is a cycle route on my commute beside a dual carriageway. The Hendy franchise regularly obstructs this.

Portsmouth City Council denies all responsibility
Hampshire County Council have not even bothered to reply
The Police have claimed it is safe and don't see any need to take action!
