Hey Everyone,
my name is Emil Baungaard and am an 18 year old cyclist from Denmark. I train a lot, and with my coach in southern Denmark at Oure Kostgymnasium. Cant wait to use this forum to figure out who to ride with, and figure out a lot of new things!

Hi Easytigers, I focus on cyclocross but as training I ride a full road season as well. My coach likes to put a lot of the hard intervals on MTB to help me get my technique for cross. What about you?

I mainly commute on a road bike. It's only 20 miles a day but puts a big smile on my face and I feel so much better when I get to work (also means I'm less stressed when I get home which the wife appreciates!)
