Hi im Dan and I live in Immingham near Grimsby. I have just got myself a beach cruiser and would like to find out if there are any other people near to me with a cruiser or anybody that would like to talk about them. I have only just really noticed this scene and the bikes look amazing. I would love to make some new friends through this and there must be someone out there to ask for advice if I need it. They are a bit of a nice bike. OK for a pootle and short distances. Not sure we have many members with one.

Might be a bit problematic as a means of transport if there are many hills in your area as most have only one gear. There is a bigger scene with 'Fat Bikes', which are made for beach riding. Get some info here: http://fat-bike.com

I don't have a cruiser, do have another impracticable bike though , a Paper Bicycle as per avatar.
