Hi everyone, just a quick note to say hello .I live in Tamworth, Staffs. and I've been into cycling for about 10 years now, MTB at first, and still a little now, but I've been getting some road work in for a year or so now and really enjoy it.

I'm looking into doing some sportives this year so I need to get put and burn off the christmas excesses.
