Hi from Gt Dunmow, Essex

Hi, have enjoyed reading various topics over the last couple days and thought I'd get involved.

I used to mtb and got back into it a couple of years ago, got myself a road bike just before christmas and I'm loving it!
Just started Commuting 25 miles a day to work and coming the long way home (25miles home) twice a week then try to get a long one in at the weekend. Doing lejog in may and really looking forward to it!
Done All my riding solo but looking to get involved jn some group rides. Any one know of any in Dunmow area?

Nice part of the world for cycling, although I am from Romford I can often be found in your neck of the woods as part of my work (surveying) and often in the High Street Team Rooms near Barclays Bank.

There are quite a lot of Audax events in your neck of the woods. I've ridden 2 out of Henham this and last weekend, and am riding this one on Saturday.

I will be up your way in a couple of hours. I will be coming up the B184 to Dunmow, then across to Takely and back to Thornwood via Hatfield Heath. Not a far as LEJOG but it will do for today!
