I don't know whether you're currently riding? If not and you've not come across Streetbikes I'd recommend them, although they are in Kirklees, since they work with disabled cyclists and the best bikes for them. Also, there's a place in York which helps (can't remember atm as I'm currently doing my radio show).

Ive got a MTB and have just been given a 531 project fork and frame and so im on the hunt for REAL cheap parts to finish it and make it into a bike as cheap as I can , been riding for a while but my disability's have taken me down a fair few notches

Welcome, I know it well. Originally from Holywell Green but been exiled darn sarf for a long time now. Remember trying to ride my Raleigh Olympus up Tuel lane a lifetime ago. Didn't make it and still wouldn't be able to today. Nasty old slope that.
