Been on my second ride on a road bike this week! Backside killing!! Haha!!

Hoping to shift a bit of weight, I'm 6 foot and about 20 stone. Fingers crossed the bike will hold out!

Plenty of nice scenery near the coast where I live though so hoping that will spur me on.

When I get a bit better at this cycling, I'm going to try and get up your way to Bempton Cliffs RSPB.

That's only about 3 miles from mine, will be cycling past on Saturday! Won't be going down to the RSPB but though, from what I can remember its uphill on the way back!
