Hi from Liverpool

Looking to get in cycling into what is left of this year and then into the new year.

I did a 20miles in the summer along the mawddach trail in Wales and really enjoyed and thought its a nice way to get fit.

I dont currently have a suitable bike, I have a 10 year old cheap halfords mountain bike knocking around in the shed somewhere. It give you idea of the knowledge I have.

Have found an interesting website called Strava, which seems a nice way of tracking things as well as having local challenges.

So be prepared to bombarded with loads of question.
