Hello everyone this as you can see is my first post so be nice to me!Here,s a little info about myself and the bikes i ride, I,m going on 48 and have been cycling on and off since i was a little boy , but its only been in the last 5 years or so that ive got quite serious about it and try to get out for a ride at least once a week.I average between 40 and 50 miles on a trip and in the summer sometimes more, the most miles ive travelled in a day is 65.Iv'e got 2 bikes one mtb which is a Scott scale 70 and my road bike is a Colnago Primavera which iv'e only owned for around 11 months and its an absolutely beautifull machine to ride , its this bike thats rearly got me hooked on cycling its my first ever road bike and i love it!
