Hi from North Wales

Hello from sunny North Wales, I recently started riding again following a heart attack last year, I will probably not set the world alight for performance but a few miles every day is doing wonders, already I am riding up hills that would have had me walking, I was given an old Norco Bush pilot MTB which now has some natty slicks, a rack, panniers, lights and an Aldi cycle computer that gives me something to look at, I used to tour a lot on a Falcon Bike back in the seventies, until motorbikes came along, then in the nineties I commuted for a bit, but this is pretty much the first riding I have done in ten years, I am also keen on fettling bicycles, enjoying nothing more than getting everything working just right.
