Hi, Newbie to the Forum here. I have been cycling on and off for years. I used to commute to London every day (about 12 miles each day) until i moved jobs. I tend to prefer road cycling but also occasionally get dragged out by my son on off road through the local woods etc near Southend. I came across this site when I was looking for fitness tips for cycling. I have been dipping in and out and finally thought I'd take the plunge and join. So if you see an old unfit bloke on a bright orange Jake, say hello, it will probably be me.
