Hi phil I work in ellesmere port & live in runcorn, however most of my rides are with my father-inlaw in ellesmere port. Have you joined runcorn cycle club facebook page....?

what sort of speeds you riding at chester road club have some slower paced rides, around 14-16 mph over 50 miles at the moment building up the winter miles. most of the rides go from upton or the bikefactory in chester so not far from you
