Greetings from Solihull (West Midlands)

My name is Ian and I am a Bikeaholic.

I am 42 and just recently got into my cycling in a big way. Infact I tend to cycle instead of driving whenever it is practical.

I cycle to work every day which amounts to about 70 miles a week and since I started cycling to work about 4 months ago I have managed to drop over 2 stones

I have a mountain bike (the make escapes me, it's my age you know) which I use for off road riding with my sons and a Canull Detroit Hybrid which I use for work, not a well known brand but you plenty of bike for your buck and I have had very little problem with it.

Anyway that is me.... Oh and if you are wondering what the forum name is all about that is from my second obsession, it is my Xbox LIVE gamertag
