Hi everyone!

I've been reading these forums for a while and waited until I got a new (to me) bike to sign up (it's a Specialized Allez triple with a few bits changed about it). I love cycling, only got back into it about 6 months ago and I'm still pretty slow compared to most, but hopefully that will improve with the new bike! It definitely seems easier to ride on the roads than my dad's mountain bike, but then I suppose it would be rather disappointing if it didn't, what with it being a road bike and all... anyway, I'm really looking forward to becoming part of this wonderful community!

oh, and my name is Jake, I'm 15 and I live in Midsomer Norton, which is about 12 miles south of Bath!

Hi Alex, I'm from Warminster and go on night rides with the BCC boys/girls all around the Longleat estate.
See if you can get your dad to ferry you out to the East Woodland village church to meet up at 18:45 to 19:15 ish for a night ride.
Tell dad that we finish at the Horse & Groom by about 21:30ish.
