Hi their, I'm mark. My riding consists on family rides having two kids. We occasionally go to sherwood pines and Sandringham aswell as local rides. My current bike is a barracuda phoenix. My 9yr old son has a 24" Raleigh. My 4yrold daughter has an appollo lulu and my wife has a cheapo but I have replaced whole drive chain Inc bottom bracket. Mostly my daughter rides in a cross bar seat on mine.

Thank you for the warm welcomes. Looking to increase The amount i Cycle. I used to go rowing three to six times a week but due to just buying a house can't afford all the fee's now. And the wives work pattern is erratic so couldn't make it to the weekend races and look after kids. So hopefully cycling to keep fit will hopefully serve as a substitute with the added bonus I can include the kids!
