Hi All

Names Tony, originally from Surrey and now living and working in the Isle of Man, age the wrong side of 50, bought myself a Cannondale Synapse 2300, 3 weeks ago after not having ridden a bike for 3 years, (and already got N+1), I work in a desk job and thought its time to get cycling again (need to get fit, not overweight, 5ft 11 & 161 ilbs), I used to cycle a lot in England with a Norco Hybrid, anyways since I bought the bike I've managed to get myself up to easy 20 mile rides and found I can ride clipess , been lurking on here since I've got my bike and decided to enjoy the banter, hopefully this Sunday (weather permitting, it rains a lot over here :rain: ) I will take N+1 ( a viking fixie around the TT course.),

Take them one at a time and enjoy the ride. Best of luck its a beautiful Island, very friendly to cyclists and some of the roads are very quiet
