Hi I'm new here and to road biking I'm picking up a team carbon by chris boardman I've heard they arnt everyone's cup of tea but it's my first ever road bike it's only done 100 miles I had a kidney transplant 6montgs ago so I'm trying to get out as much as possible thanks reading! Looking forward to talking to people soon

Hi Andy!

A mate of mine had a kidney transplant 12 years ago and is still doing well. Recent tests suggested that the transplant should be ok for at least another 5 years, maybe a lot longer. Hopefully you will do as well as him.
