On the kidney thingy: I've got a badly plumbed one on one side that plays havoc with my blood pressure and I think I should have simply gone for a laproscopic nephrectomy (kidney diced, sliced and taken out in mouthfuls) so that I don't need to follow the debilitating medication regime. After the transplant, what meds do you need to take?

Advagraf anti rejection
Myfenax anti rejection
Prednisone. Steroid anti rejection
2 blood pressure tablets
Anti steroid annoyance pill
This is after 6 months
When I was first released I was on 27 pills a day

I was looking at the Boardman Team Carbon the other day wishing I had the money to get one. I was quite taken with it.

the thing is now I have so much energy in my head I'm still fit go to the gym 5 mins on the tread machine that's it lol I'm getting better didn't think it would be this hard

Then cycling is probably a brilliant way of regaining that fitness and I really hope you get on well with your bike.

a few club members have said boardmans have good frames and you get a lot of bike for your money .I have the road comp with sram and its a cracking bike for the price i paid for it on C2W.I

hi Andy... don't worry about what other think of your bike, if you like and it gets you out and keeps you fit I have a boardman cx team great bike and it dose what I want all three of my bike also have toe-clips and straps
even my carbon road ....clubs mate always asking why don't I change as it spoils the look ..I just tell I ride what I like not what they like
