Hi , Newbie from Lincoln

Hi

Been riding to keep fit for a couple of years. Knees won't cope with footy anymore. Just on a ' nothing special ' bike that cost £200. Only 14 speed. Just bought myself a Giant Defy 3 and rode it the other day. It was like night and day, found the Giant seat quite comfy too. Do about 15 mile on a route near me but going to open out the distance. Just bought a Turbo trainer for the crap weather and as i also work 12hr shifts. Thinking of joining a local club. Anyone from Velo Club Lincoln or Lincs Wheelers on here ? Hi to all !

I have been in the Lincoln Wheelers for about 25 years, my son and his wife are in the Velo, the Velo being the more race orientated one.
