Hi everyone,

I stumbled across this forum whilst googling help to fix my BKool turbo.

Been cycling a while, probably around 15 years or so, mostly leisure and some shortish (3 to 5 day) credit card tours like London to Paris and across Wales.

I've also spent what feels like a large portion of my life sat on my turbo trainer in my shed.
