Thanks, have watched RJ the bike guy and followed his vid to make adjustments. Basically my 3 speed SA (srf3) was only working in 2 gears. I tried to adjust to get a third gear but ended up with it jamming in third.

No real experience with Sturmey Archer gears, so will only say make sure it’s oiled, and that the ‘indicator pin’ moves manually, then try again.
