Hi guys im steve and im new to the forum..im going on a 110 mile ride early friday morning from Rochester to sandwich and back to Rochester ive done it once last week and im going again its in preparation for the dun run 2014 anyone got any tips for food drinks for energy I took a few bananas water and a red bull drink for the final 20 miles... .it is hilly all the way but im told the dun run is flat.....any tips or advice would be great...thankyou....steve..xx
