I'm alright, thank you for all asking. Moved to Colne to live with my girlfriend in March, which is treating me well. Not enjoying unemployment much though, I really need to find a job ASAP - not easy to find one, doing my best to apply for anything and everything, but not hearing anything back.

Hey hey! Welcome back, Sam.

I was only talking about you yesterday when we had a group Velodrome session... saying how I took the last spot on the taster course which you and some others were interested in (sorry about that!). On the plus side we had a great day yesterday and there will undoubtedly be another session organised to kill us all some more... it'd be great if you could join us for that.

Finally got back out on the bike today - not far, just 5 miles - but that's a massive step up from recent attempts. now i know that I can handle that easily, I'll go up to 15 miles tomorrow. Keeping it flat at the moment, as far as I can given that I live in the Pennines.
