An unusual machine, front handlebars don't do anything

Could be converted into a cargobike ?

New rear tyre has been fitted
Gears not shifting but totally usable
Lights not tested
Everything else working, brakes etc
Chain needs some oil

That would make a fine cargo bike with a bit of fettling. Too far away from me but a great project.

This is so very generous of you @Rooster1! Have you considered donating it to Reading Cycle Campaign? I'm sure they could find a use for it, hopefully something to help families trial cycling their kids to school and nursery.🥰
