As you say no track ends. It also has cable stops for rear brake on top tube but alas no brakes.
Unfortunately it is too big for me.
I guessed it would be worth about £ 100 to £150. The pictures show it as it was taken out of the shed and wiped down with a dirty rag!

i would agree re 100 - 150 and leave it with that patena please
