Roy Hattersley Jr? His recipes always have four times as many ingredients as you actually need.

It's just mayo made with melted butter rather than oil IIRC.

If it was just warm mayo it'd be made with warmed olive oil, not melted butter. Surely?
Mind you, I use the fake Hollandaise you buy in a packet and add milk. There's no hope for me.
