Picked up this 73/74 Elswick Hopper today after seeing it on Friday, but had no room to bring back after @fatjel bought his new shiny trike.
Looking at the 73 stamp on the dynohub, makes this bike pretty damn new when I was born.
It's been sat for a bit, but should buff out nicely and initially there's only the rubber bits to replace to make it ridable, unless I get fussy and want to re-spoke the wheels which may happen as there are a few loose spokes.
The lady I got this from also has some bikes that need to go in the next few weeks, mostly folders (including a Sinclair Zike and two recumbent projects that her late husband was playing with), I have an email address if anyone is interested in something, close to East Grinstead .
And the best for last...
