I haven't got eurosport so I looked for the UCI link but it wasn't up yet. I think it'll be there in a while.

That's what I gathered. Procyclinglive are showing a link to Youtube UCI channel but it's not live so I had a quick look on the UCI site and I could only find mention that they would be showing Sarah Storey's attempt. So it's a feed from procyclinglive to a live Eurosport stream for me.
