How would you get a kid up there in the first place?
Her legs are far too short to have been able to hop up there safely with the pedals and chain in the way and Mum needs to hold the bike upright.

Maybe it comes with a small pair of step ladders that you leave behind as you cycle off into the distance ...

I must admit, I don't really like the look of it and wouldn't imagine it would be all that practical really.

An interesting design project, but a doubtful commercial success.
