and it looks like its on Lee Way which is quite a steep hill with speed bumps and loads of parked cars !! never mind pot holes

When I noticed the position of the cyclists arms my 1st thought was 'He's texting as well; now that's multitasking.'

It's not something I would even contemplate doing but I'll give the guy credit; there's no way I'd be able to even get on the bike with a little tacker sitting on my shoulders, let along cycle as well.
