Of course...

in my dreams.

I take it easy these days TBH, gone are the days of pushing 55-60 mph.

Even with the closed roads he is riding on, I don't think I could have the nerve to go anywhere near that fast.

There are one or two roads round here which are open with good visibily, where I'll hit 40mph (64kph), but there were only a few points he slowed to that speed. Don't think I've ever been above about 43-45 mph.

Nor like that in British roads with British drivers!
Try that down greenhow or fleet moss and you'll be in the graveyard before the months out!!

I look like that are far as the clothing, a vehicle with two wheels and almost twice the suspected weight of Tom, so yeah!

There's very selective downhills in Hampshire, Wiltshire and Denbighshire that I've ridden, that I'll happily descend at ~40mph.

I don't look like that, no.
But 55mph in the UK when I was young and stupid. 85kmph on a perfect road in the Dolomites recently.

34.5 coming down from Ditching Beacon last weekend without pedalling. I don't go much faster as the though of losing my skin is too frightening

I did Fleet Moss at 47mph thinking "what do I do if a car comes up, or the bumps get any bigger". ^_^
