I'm on day three of a healthier eating diet and craving chocolate whilst at work, but strangely not interested when I get home and have access to all the remaining Christmas sweets and nibbles.
My target is to lose 4 stone over the next twelve months, which I should be able to do if I just stop eating the junk.
