How Long Do Idlers Last?

Just replacing the power idler on my recumbent. It’s lasted roughly 10,000 miles. The bearings have gone. Teeth look okay and I guess bearings could be replaced with bearing press.

Just fairly standard sealed bearings should do the trick. Just need to catch them early enough in wear cycle. Maybe look at bearing once every 6 months will work for me.
