How many non commuting miles have you done so far this year?

Had a tot up today on the way home and think I'll be lucky to have done 200 miles.

Next year should will be better!

A lot of the time when I'm not commuting I'm hauling the trailer to the allotment and back. It's not far, but can be quite heavy work so I reckon those miles count twice!

No where near as many as i would like. But that was half to do with a RTC i was involved with at the end of last year and being busy with other stuff on the weekends.

I work on that theory too - 8 stone of child, trailer & 'luggage' and usually into a headwind, got to eb at least double allowance for that

I'm doing about a hundred a week subject to family and work constraints, a couple of commutes and a longer weekend ride which is more than last year.

Take out commuting, other cycling for transport and lugging stuff about on the trailer and I've done hardly any cycling. About 80 miles one weekend and 40 miles riding to a club TT (just to see how crap I'd become with only commuting mileage to go on).

I've been busy; the mojo will return.

It's the club hilly in a few weeks, I might get to work and see if I can scrape together some sort of form for that.

2009 km (1248 miles) logged as training. That includes long (minimum 16 miles each way) cycles to work on my road bike. It does not include my Brompton bike-train-bike commute, or any other distance done on my Brompton - I don't log that.

I dont know how to easily seperate my rides from commuting to other so I'm going to have to say 90-95% of that was commuting.

I extended my 8mile commute home by 10 miles today, does that count?

2263 miles, I guess about 400 of those are non- commuting. Don't really have the time or energy for much leisure cycling these days; weekends are for a couple of miles into town with the family and recovery for the following week's commute.
