How much is this Specialized Langster Fixie worth?

Hi, I've just moved to London and have set my heart on a fixie, but have no idea what I should get or be paying.

I've narrowed it down to either the Specialized Langster or the Genesis Flyer, but am more than open to other suggestions.

There's a 2013 langster on eBay but I'm not sure what would be a good price for it, if anyone knows that would be fantastic.

Cheers for the heads up - I'm looking for one of those.

Seriously, 50% of RRP for the current version is the max I'd go to, if it's a minter and that one has a few [very minor] scrapes.

I'd also add that just because you're now in London, there is no pre-requisite to be hamstrung with a fixie,unless you have a beard, pony tail, etc. Gears exist for a reason.....
