Anyone know roughly how much I would get charged to swap a cassette from one wheel to another at a LBS?

Would attempt myself, but don't have the tool.

Already have the wheel it will go on.

Probably not much, if anything. If you buy something, they may do it for free. I'd be surprised if it was more than £10.

I'd have thought a max of £10 too. When I bought a wheel, they didn't charge any extra for doing this, and fixing a spoke and truing a wheel cost £10 labour which included taking the cassette off and on.

Swapping cassettes is one of the easier jobs you need to do on a bike and one you need to do every couple of years, so well worth buying the tool and having a go yourself.
But cassettes are not all made equal, so if the wheels are different makes, they might not be compatible. I have a great deal of time for a couple of LBS's round my way and if you have any doubt about swapping yourself, then going to the LBS is a good strategy. If you ask, they might let you watch, so you can learn at the same time.
