How to save pictures from a Powerpoint slide show sent to me?

Can't see how to do this - I've found the file in my Downloads but can't work out how to save some of the images. Richt clicking on the pic doesn't offer me the option.

Windows XP by the way.

Any suggestions?

Powerpoint "slide-show" is subtly different from the regular Powerpoint format.
You need to open up Powerpoint first, then File-Open and navigate to where the slide-show is.

Clicking on the slide-show format in File Manager or in your downloads folder directly just opens the file in some weird non-editable viewer thingy.
