Hoy bikes?

I wonder who else will jump on the "branded after famous athletes" bandwagon? Boardman seems to have got it right, maybe Hoy have just gone to the wrong manufacturer in China (if the fork issue is correct). Maybe we will a Wiggins next.

Specialized had carbon fork issues too but depends whether efficiently managed. Posts on here suggest Evans didn't cover themselves in glory

I may have had a different opinion had i one of the bikes myself but i thought the fork issue was dealt with pretty well - i think it was money back immediately or replacement bike when the problem is fixed plus £200 voucher or courtesy bike then replacement bike plus £50 voucher.

Lots of other bike companies have had recalls on frames and components so i wouldnt be put off buying a Hoy bike based on the fork issue which now seems resolved.

Hoy was on my list of bikes to go and see, the fork issue would not put me off as I would assume that it would of been rectified by the time I bought one. Anyway bought something else entirely, but in fairness, I quite liked the idea that it would not be a common feature round these parts. In fact all I see is Spec, Giant and Boardman bikes, quite boring really.

dont like the look of them but neither do i like the look of the bordman bikes but they are meant to ride really nicely.
