Are this style any good?
Or is it better to get the big open ended wrench?

I'm thinking getting the recommended minimum 35 NM on the cups with an 8 mm Allen key is a big old heave - but the advantage is, it would fit on a torque wrench (which I also havnt bought yet!)

Anyone got any good advice on this, as I've never played with HT2 before.
I've had a look at Shimano tech docs, the Park Tools site and BicycleTutor as I usually do before approaching a new job for the first time...but any other tips gratefully received.

Do people use a torque wrench for this job in general? It's not a carbon frame so I'm not worried on that score, more about the integrity of the drivetrain.

You don't need a torque wrench to tighten the BB. Its just a matter of turning it until its tight, and that is tight enough.

I use a park BBT9 which does the job. I think i got it for about a tenner
