htc desire HD question

Anyone know how to stop it vibrating evertime a character is entered on the pop-up keyboard? I've disabled vibration on pushing buttons in one of the settings but it's getting annoying on the keyboard.

Mine's just HTC Desire (not HD) but it might be the same:
settings/language and keyboard/touch input/text input/vibrate when typing (untick it)
Works for mine.

What do you think of it so far?

It's amazing

As an ex iPhone fan, I don't think the operation is quite as slick as the Apple OS but, the iPhone looks like a toy next to the Desire with all of it's extra functionality.
It's so nice to be free of iTunes, and to be able to do the real basics that I'd forgotten were possible, simple drag & drop, bluetooth that actually does something, free ringtones etc.

Plus, with me being a bit of a saddo, it's nice to suport a company sponsoring cycling

All in all I'm extremely impressed with it and I know I'm only scratching at the very surface of what's possible with it.
