Hybrid to Road bike - what to look for

I nagged a bloke at work from a hybred to an allez on the work scheme

he loves it and it looks the part out the back at work

A mate of mine moved from a hybrid to an allez 24 last year, he can't believe the difference.

Just hope the weather calms down next week

Till then I'll keep using the Felt QX65 Hybrid (carefully chosen flatter routes though )
