Just had a nice phone coversation with someone from the local newspaper. It was about me installing a camera on my bike to capture bad drivers. As we havent heard much of cyclists in the area I half expected they would take up the story. I should be in next weeks Journal (Wednesday), I will take a pic of the story as it should be a big one (the guy asked me for photos).

Watch out - last time I was in the local paper they spelt my name wrong twice in the same article!

When my brother's obituary was in the paper they decided to change his name from his nice English name to something plucked out of an Aladdin panto to make him sound more 'Chinese' I presume!

So long as it wasn't instigated by the aforementioned bad drivers and your story isn't being turned around to make camera wearing cyclists look like complete ambulance chasers.

Finally the paper came today!

The quotes are true to my word, even though I had a tickle in my throut when I was talking to the guy on the phone. (Which annoyed me). It was a positive report anyway.
