Bike is still being fitted with new shifters and I still have th eremnants of that pneumonia ...so ...no bikey bikey for me....crap and the sun is shining as well...bah humbug....nobody post here how many miles they have done in t e sunshine today because it will just piss me off

Off the bike this weekend , legs were like lead half the week after they got cold changing inner tube in a hailstorm.

Picked up the bike from the Lbs today...new black veloce shifters, new cables, new bar tape, indexing front rear £155....ouch.
