..... Somebody find me a pair of gloves that will protect my fingers from the cold winter weather. When I get to work or home my fingers are so cold that pain shots through them.

I don't even bother padlocking my bike because my fingers are numb.

I spend 45 mins commute back and forth.

Please send me links.

I've had my pair for a couple of years now with no complaints so far. Waterproof and toasty warm.

I've been quite impressed with my Aldi lobster gloves, but obviously that's not much use. The idea of having two fingers per compartment seems to work though.
Wear loose gloves with a pair of silk undergloves (Decathlon are cheap and cheerful).

If it's really taters, try wearing skiing gloves (Decathlon are cheap and cheerful again).
This. Glove liners make an exponential difference to warm fingers in my experience. As a last resort, try a pair of latex gloves in the mix.

Some £35 sportfuls won the group test for winter gloves in the latest edition of cycling active

Wear several pairs perhaps?

This ^^

Warm and waterproof (so far at least) and less than a tenner.
Our local Aldi still had some in the clearance bins when I was last in there a couple of weeks back so it may be worth a visit

Mine were out of the clearance bin - £4.99 IIRC. A bargain.
