I cant rewind the new euosport player

Ok this is on my work windows 7 laptop, I dont have admin rights. I used to watch eurosport using firefox but now they have upgraded eurosport player I cant due to the ancient version of microsoft sivelight imposed by work. I cant use internet explorer as work have a ancient version. I am reduced to using google chrome and changing the advanced settings ( as recommended by eurosport) to allow it to use silverlight as a plugin. ( have to press allow plugin everytime) So I can watch live stuff but cant rewind, I can move the cursor back on the time bar but it never goes back. I have emailed eurosport but still waiting for a answer.
Anybody out there got any clues and faster than the eurosport techies?
Trying to rewind on the Dauphine at the moment.

I haven't used the new version yet because it was not working the other night when I tried to use it.

Not impressed by the massive spoilers in the Video section. "Watch XYZ do such and such on stage 4" and a picture of them doing it - bloody brilliant!
