I had a maccy ds aswell today.
Me and GF went swimming in Mansfield, then went and got a maccy ds after.
Large 1/4 pounder meal with a coke.
Very nice. I cycled over to my GFs(12miles away) then she drove to the pool and maccy ds, then i cycled home when she went to work.
Burned it all off
