Are these people for real: The ones that make the program, the ones that are the focus of the program, and the eedjits that will watch such bile?

As far as I can gather:

• The people are real
• The situations are utterly contrived
• Their "dialogue" is scripted

The producers mock-up a lot of their locations as well. A girl that lives in Brentwood (where the show takes place) said that a shop that appeared in the show doesn't actually exist at all.

To answer to your question: I have no idea why people like it.

Such prgrams get added to my "avoid" list , not a complete list that includes..

All soaps
All reality TV programs
All versions of X factor, britains got talent etc etc
Im a has been please make me eat kangeroo poo
cooking programs
All candid camera type programs/people making a complete fool of themselves by falling over for £25 ....

I can go on but you get the idea

The fact the mrs like all of that stuff means i end up sky + recording anything i liek and either staying up late to watch it or getting up early before the sprog gets his programs on .You cant beat kids tv
