I was passed by a rail replacement bus yesterday so close and fast that the [SIZE=-1]draught pushed me into the bus lay-by I was passing. I thought that I would not be able to "have a word", but there is a nice downhill run before the next underground station. He was waiting there when I caught up. I had a word and explained how close he had come to having me off. He just sat there looking and gave me a little salute when I finished. When he passed me uphill he was practically on the other other side of the road.
Hopefully he will continue to drive like that.

I must admit that my calm approach was more to do with me being puffed out chasing him down that a premeditated idea, but I will try it again. ;)

Nice work! 1 professional driver who's learned a useful lesson this weekend thanks to you. Hopefully they will remember it.

Your approach was (out of breath) sensible and his acknowledgement seems to have been the same. That's called win win and can also be classed as well done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
